  1. I mean this full must have been a school teacher cuz when you're taping stuff up on a wall it looks like a chalkboard listen go back to your basement and stop talking about wine this is amateur night😅😅😂

  2. Even though I'm pretty good wine wise this was a useful reminder, and also a good xmas prompt for some wimes I don't normally buy, like Merlot( yes, I'll be watching Sideways over xmas)😀

  3. Great tutorial! I was just in Paris and had many of these varietals- extraordinary! 🎉🇫🇷

  4. I am a simple man, if I see “Grand vin de Bordeaux” on the bottle, I buy it. If I see “made in china,” I curse. If I see “Chateau Mouton Rothschild” – then I know I am daydreaming.

  5. I am about to order my Christmas wine. I'll get two bottles ; a Champagne and a good Bordeaux.

  6. I have tested a lot of wines as my father is a wine importer. Without being snobbish I can honestly say that France makes some of the best wines in the world. The new world wines can be good, but almost never reach this level. But unfortunately the market is well aware of this so you pay ridiculous money for the most famous French wines. 😂 Blame rich people who pay for the brand, and who mix it with coca cola….

  7. Great video! I would've guessed that Sauternes, Châteauneuf-du-Pape or even Beaujolais would be considered more "famous" than Cahors or Meursault

  8. Hey hey hey don't forget Canada. Niagara region is kicking a** in cool climate chardonnay.

  9. yes! not enough information about France wine regions! thank you for filling the gaps and educated the world!
