Almost everything is spot on, in my peanut opinion it’s THE CHIC STOCK that gets me. It’s like ya know, ya gotta open up a big ol thing to retain a little of it, you know the rest but thx and organic is a tip to spread the ❤.

You dont use flour and make a gravy… it’s supposed to be lemon and wine sauce similarly to that of a masala
Season chicken not flour, use less flour for roux and more stock

Was delish. I didn’t have wine, parsley, chicken stock or parm but just used a little beer and lemon. Came out good ❤
