  1. Fondant Potatoes are super easy & incredible! They have the texture of butter & are an awesome addition to any dish!

  2. If you have a very good oven and some time, you can make these even better. Get some tiny rectangular loaf tins and cut some potatoes to fit. Fry the potato sides until golden. Cover the bottom half an inch of the container with herby butter. Place the potato into the container and put cold stock jelly on top. Add a spoon of bacon grease as well because bacon grease is better than salt. Place in the oven at 77 degrees C for FIVE HOURS. The butter and stock will be completely soaked up by the potato but it will not be cooked through. You then turn the oven up to 228 for 13 minutes. The potato cooks through very quickly because the starch and sugars in the potato have already broken down from the slow cook and yet the fibre still has rigidity. The timings need to be exact otherwise the potato fails. They are the most delicious things i've ever made.

  3. жирно живете. видать-голодали. Столько картошки в отходы пустить – это богато 🙁
