The third installment of FIAF’s 2010 “Wine Tour de France” took place on Mar 29 and focused on Bordeaux. Michael Madrigale, head sommelier at Bar Boulud, led the crowd through what he calls “the largest fine wine region on earth producing majestic wines of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.” The series continues through June with tastings devoted to Alsace, the Loire Valley, and Champagne.
