Hello, I’m a french mom. Today I’m sharing a what I eat on a work Day at my office. I work a 9 to 5 job full time 3 days at my office / 2 days from home. And I’m also a part-time dietitian (on saturdays at a clinic in Paris).

  1. We also call that small orange a clementine. We pronounce it like wine.
Or a tangerine, maybe. Is pronounced like your clementine.
And than Trout is pronounced like out. Sorry, just trying to help, but that sounds a bit Parisian, doesn't it? Your video made me hungry and your stroll home looks inspiring.

  2. Beautiful trout dish! I loved the view of Notre Dame and the light from the Eiffel Tower, too.

  3. In the US it’s pronounced Clementine too. Usually sweet but not always.
You are fortunate to live in such a walkable, spectacular, vibrant and interesting city. I visit France every year and Paris especially in January. So beautiful, incredible food options and still featuring decorations and festivities from the holidays. And friendly and welcoming people, I’ll be there on January 10 until the 31th. Will be exploring the western part of France too. Thank you for your educational videos. Bientôt…Joseph.

  5. Mandarin orange is an option..?
Paris is soooo beautiful in twilight, very reminiscent of Edouard Cortes' paintings. I love your videos and will definitely try those dishes.❤

  6. Loved the view of Notre Dame & the Eiffel Tower light. So beautiful! The trout dish looks so delicious. Thank you for another great video.

  7. Thank you, thank you from this grateful American woman! You may have saved my life! I had an aggressive bladder cancer with a high degree of recurrence and could not have any chemo or radiation after surgery because my bladder is partially made if intestines due to a condition that I was born with. I decided to throw away my American diet and I eat VERY differently from everyone in the US, but I don’t care because now I am eating like the French! To keep my carb count under 20 and not including fiber I eat lots butter, cheese, yogurt, fish and meats and nothing processed! I even added a square of your dark chocolate 90% every day and it has not affected my numbers! The only thing different is that I don’t eat any bread or fruit. But as of today I am cancer free for 1 year and I feel great and plan to continue this way. Thank you for making me feel connected to people again! Mostly everyone here doesn’t understand me but it’s ok because I have you! ❤ Thank you! Thank you! 🙏

  8. One thing I noticed immediately was NOT a single processed bit of food or fake food. All whole real foods here big difference than in America.

  9. Great video. Beautiful night scenes. I wondered if you use dried fruits and nuts thanks for the ideas.

  10. Thank you for the recipe…I lived in France for a good while…in Paris then moved to Orleans then back to Paris where my son was born…so he is French citizen as well as American…I love your channel…it is good to see your pics of the city…so beautiful..I can't say I miss it because we do visit often…I have a lot of friends in different cities in France and Germany…

  11. The Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and the lights reflection on the water Its like a painting from Monet

  12. Always happy to see your videos. Like many other are commenting, they inspire me to eat whole foods. Thanks again!
