Every season Pepper Club releases a new seasonal stuffed French toast. They aren’t all my favorite flavors as they vary wildly, but they’re all unique. I make every effort to film and taste each one, and this one is my favorite out of the last 10 or 12. It’s SO GOOD. This dish is large enough for 2-4 to share along with a couple savory entrees. It’s huge. Pepper Club’s brunch remains my favorite in Vegas because they’re 2 miles from the strip and 2 miles from downtown in the Arts District, they run brunch 7 days a week and it FEELS like an upscale, expensive resort at local’s/off strip price levels. Reservations are recommended as they get very busy. They have a full bar/great cocktail program and bottomless mimosas too as well as I door & outdoor seating in flower grottos and next to fire pits. This stuffed French toast will be available until the spring launch around March. Pepper Club is located adjacent to The English Hotel, at 921 S Main Street. They average 4.4 stars out of 5 on Google Reviews with just under 1000 reviews.
