I've always wanted to try avocado ice cream, same with avocado bread (not avocado on toast). Now I qant to try Parmesan cheese ice cream. That sounds good.
Huh. My husband loves cheese. It’s a little strange how much he loves cheese. I think I need to make this and not tell him before I have him test it. 😂
I mean, we have cheesecake and cheesecake ice cream. Parmesan ice cream doesn't sound that outlandish. Also, avocado smoothie is very popular in Vietnam. I've made it and it's delicious. Ambergris on the other hand… I know how that smells because of perfumery and I'm not sure it's something I want to eat… PS. Another thing a bit unconventional it's to eat vanilla ice cream drizzled with crema di aceto balsamico, but, it's out of this world delicious.
When did Europeans stop making savory things sweet? I feel like a lot of these old recipes don't give a f* about the divide we have between sweet and savory flavors these days.
We have cheese ice cream in the Philippines, usually called Queso. It is delicious as it is sweet with a hint of saltiness. It’s made with I believe cheddar.
On icecream flavours, here in Brazil corn icecream is not uncommon, and so every year I try to understand why is it not a thing in the US. So many things have corn used in there already, what gives?

That sounds fire, take a little Carmel and throw it on an apple pie that calls for a slice a cheese and right there you got something special.
