Cashew Cranberry Madeleine
Ingredients:
o 2 TBSP Cashew Pieces
o 2 TBSP Powdered Sugar
o 2 TBSP Cranberry Pieces ( ¼ cup)
o 1 TBSP Salted Butter
o 2 TBSP Powdered Sugar
o ½ TSP Baking Powder
o ¼ TSP Baking Soda
o 1 TBSP Milk
o 2 TBSP Maida
o 1 TBSP Milk (or as required)
o Molten White Chocolate
o Finely Chopped Pistachio and Apricot for garnishing.
Chocolate Madeleines
Ingredients:
o 2 TBSP Salted Butter
o ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
o ½ TSP Baking Powder
o ¼ TSP Baking Soda
o ½ Cup Maida
o ½ TBSP Dutch Cocoa Powder
o 3 TBSP Milk or as required
o Molten Dark Chocolate
o Molten White Chocolate
o Silver Balls for Garnishing
Flax Seeds Madeleines
Ingredients:
o ½ TBSP Flax Seeds Powder
o 2 TBSP Water
o 1 ½ TBSP Salted Butter
o ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
o 2 TBSP Maida
o 2 TBSP Blanched Almond Powder
o ¼ TSP Baking Powder
o 1 TBSP Milk (add Milk as required)
For Glaze:
o ¼ cup Icing Sugar
o ½ TBSP Dutch Cocoa Powder
o 2 TBSP Water
o ¼ cup Icing Sugar
o ¼ TSP Chocolate Essence
o Molten White Chocolate for garnishing

Ingredients:
o ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
o 1 ½ Sunflower Oil
o 1 TBSP Milk
o ½ TSP Baking Powder
o ¼ TSP Baking Soda
o 1 TSP Lemon Zest
o 2 TBSP Milk Powder
o 2 TBSP Maida
o 1 TBSP Blanched Almond Powder
o 1 ½ TBSP Milk (or as required)
o 1 TSP Lemon Juice

o 1 TBSP Milk Powder
o 1 TBSP Corn Flour
o 1 TBSP Milk (or as required)
o Less than 1 TBSP Oil
o Molten White Chocolate for garnishing
o Pistachio pieces for garnishing

Measurement of curd
Thanks,but agar aap pdf bhi de toh print out ke liye easy hota hai,is mold ko gas par cake ke jaise bana sakte hai kya
