My rabbit stew is a wonderful rabbit recipe – the best rabbit stew recipe that is slow-cooked so the rabbit is tender, moist and delicious. It’s very much a winner winner rabbit dinner!
As with all my recipes from my Filipino cooking channel this rabbit stew is presented in English.
My rabbit stew recipe is cooked for an hour in just one pot and is a very delicious rabbit recipe for all to enjoy.
How to cook rabbit stew:
You first brown the rabbit meat in the pan for just 4 minutes before removing from the pan.
You then saute the garlic, onion, ginger and tomato before placing back the rabbit meat in the pan, add all the wet ingredients then slow cook the rabbit stew for an hour.
Your then in for a winner winner rabbit dinner with this fantastic tasting rabbit stew.
In the Philippines this rabbit stew would be known as Rabbit adobo or Adobong Rabbit.
Cooking outdoors I used a Kochmann gas cooker which is a great portable camping stove to cook my rabbit stew.
Here are the ingredients for my rabbit stew recipe:
1 kilo of Rabbit
1/4 cup vegetable oil (use half for browning off the rabbit)

2 tomatoes, chopped
6 cloves of garlic, peerled & chopped
