Nothing makes Ramsey happier than visiting and eating at the restaurants of his fellow high-end professional grandmaster chefs that actually know what they are doing. That's a relief from helping all those amateur chefs with horrible food in his shows.

No disrespect to Gordon but imho, in this show, this restaurant should have gone threw.
Also I think he was wrong about Italian too. Wish I could say British but it's too close.
That being said then the 4 would be Indian, Spainish, and maybe Italian or North African. Indian wins in the end.
It's my opinion though.
