Ingredients:
1kg beef short ribs/ chuck/ Anything good for slow cooking!
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 TSP dry thyme
1 TSP garlic powder
2 TSP paprika
Stock:
750ml good quality beef stock
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
2 whole bulbs garlic (don’t crush the cloves, keep them whole!)
1/2 TSP dry thyme (you can use a stalk of fresh rosemary and thyme instead! I just didn’t have any)
1/4 TSP dry rosemary
1 TSP onion powder
1 TSP parsley
1 TSP white pepper
1 TSP celery salt
Caramelized onions:
Knob of butter
1 large onion
Salt to taste
1 TSP sugar
Horse radish sauce
2 heaped TBSP mayonnaise
2 TBSP horse radish (adjust according to your taste!)
Black pepper to your taste
1 TSP mustard
Spring onion
