Recipe:
🥔5lb potatoes
🥔1-2 sticks of butter
🥔1 tsp+ salt & pepper
🥔1/2 c sour cream
🥔 1 tbsp chive
🥔 1 tbsp garlic or 1 tsp powdered
🥔 1 teaspoon seasoning salt or better than bouillon
🥔 alternately use a @boursincheese

    I’m a southern cook and have always used Dukes Mayo but I definitely give Boursin a try. I use that when I make baked spaghetti never thought of using it in Mashed Potatoes

    If you cook the potatoes you could just throw in a garlic while cooking them then mash it up with the potatoes. Add butter, Parmesan, salt, pepper, a little bit of nutmeg. If you wanna make really great mashed potatoes you shouldn’t boil the potatoes, you don’t want them watery. Instead roast them whole in the oven until they’re golden and done. Slice in half and mix with cream, butter, Parmesan, salt and pepper, nutmeg 👌🏼
