If only we could taste it… I used to know a little about wine, now I know a lot.. less but I am trying to make my way back into learning and knowledge of wine, all I know for sure, is how fragile a bottle of wine can be when stocked, need a stable and cool temp, no lights!, no contamination from smelly stuff, no vibration, no noise! no dryness in fact the bottom of the sea would be a good place. ; P
