My mother used to make us french onion soup on cold winter days when I was a kid. Thank you for the great video!
Waay too much cheese here compared to what we eat, we usually put it just on top to serve as a 'cover' while on the inside it's just the soup. Not sure if French like that much cheese either but I haven't been in France for like 17 years
