I used to eat a full English breakfast at the Villa Maria , Hampstead, just a stone's throw from the Royal Free Hospital when I worked North of the River.

I've tried a full English once, just because I was curious, however from a Scandinavian (and Polish) point of view… it's way too heavy for a breakfast, it's more like a lunch than a breakfast.
I went there! Its soooo overrated!!! Honestly dont break your back trying to go there and then queuing up! Its not all that! Tasted quite bland if I'm honest.
Best full English is in canary wharf in cafe called Docklands Diner!!!
