  1. DON'T!!! put the pasta straight into the sauce, drain it and let it cool down until it gets sticky. That's how the sauce is gonna stick to the pasta (works for all sauces).

  2. Guys out there: about the virgin oil… please. Don’t but that sh*t oil in UK supermarkets with fake “made in Italy” labels etc. Buy REAL Italian extra virgin oil. If it’s called “aglio, OLIO e peperoncino” there’s a very good reason the oil must be quality oil. Bye 🇮🇹

  3. Well, yes we're done…as far as 'I'm' concerned…but my roomie likes their pasta soft and mushy. It makes things hard.
