  2. Im goona give a slight disagree on this one. I've always felt like. It's not that it, so much, hard to do great. It's more that it's super easy to do badly. And most people do it badly

  3. For me it's pie, I cannot make a pie crust to save my life, it just cracks when cooking, doesn't cook enough on the bottom, it's just not a fun time.

  4. He's right though…. I made a pizza from scratch and the sauce was good, cheese was good, toppings good, the dough was the most bland pizza dough I've ever tasted lol. I followed some recipe and it set up the way it was supposed to but it had almost no flavor. Ruined the whole pizza.

  7. Trader joes or walmart refrigerated dough balls, proof at home, baking steels in the over for at least 45 minutes at hughest heat. Boom. .

  8. I'll just say one thing, you're not even able to make a pizza the right way, I watched the whole video and you got everything wrong from start to finish so I suggest you follow some Italians on social media so you can learn how to make a real pizza worthy of the name 👍🙂

  9. I've been using the Stadlermade pizza dough calculator website set to New York style pizza style and it consistently works for making a 3/5 day fridge ferment pizza dough. Has to be 00 flour and if I weigh everything correctly we're good. At least 50 times I've done this to make a batch of 6 and the only time I messed up was when my yeast was dead D;

  10. I second this. I've been cooking for about 13 years (since i was 12) and them breads man. Roast chicken, smoked pork/brisket, candy, man that all easy street. Croissants? Doughnuts like krispy kreme? Pizza? I spent a full year working on the recipes for all 3 and I'm still not satisfied with them. And that's me making each every other day, so 160 ish days in total (ignoring sick days or days I was too tired).

  11. Nah, people always over complicate everything. Vinegar boil at the start snd just fry the potatoes. 60% water for the pizza dough, fold the dough into itself 4 times, and shape it 2 hours after, you are done
