Retaste of a 1999 Noel Verset Cornas from the Northern Rhône Valley. The wine has been open for 30 hours and it’s still holding together well. The wine was featured in one of my recent long format videos.

I guess you only get wine with that aroma and taste by aging certain reds so you need reds which can be aged. Are there affordable options and „safe bets“ or alternatives?
