  1. Calm and owning a busy shift . Not sure what restaurant this is but I would love to work here. Killed it loved the flow

  2. I'm a chef. And I've worked with corrupt chefs and this… What I'm seeing right here is what I wish I had. You don't often find a kitchen where everyone is in sync and organized and professional. This is what sets chefs apart. ❤ Management and professional eticet. Beautiful.

  3. This is awesome, thank you. I'm going to look up all your line cook videos after this. Would be great to see some dish-washing and prep footage as well. I appreciate these videos as a former (and possibly future) professional cook, and I also think it's beneficial for the public (to better understand and appreciate restaurants).

  4. Ive always wanted to get my hands on a really high end restaurant like yours. Im in a culinary arts program at grossmont with a fine dining service every Thursday night with menus created by my teacher who was an executive chef. im still trying to create my own recipes as well but their under development, at the same time, im still practicing cooking at home. Theres not alot in my fridge though but soon when i have my own apartment and money, i can start buying food to cook more often. I also work at a casino in the vip eatery. One of four kitchens im at is a carving station that serves prime rib. 2 more restaurants serve the same thing. Others including mignon, rib eye, and so on. One particular restaurant is a steakhouse which is a fine dining. It becomes monotonous tho everyday to work with the same food but i still try and find the joy out of it. I have alot to cover still in my career as i have a goal to working in high end restaurants while increasing the hours of my shift. I want this to be a challenge but fun to achive because i care about the flavor and presentation. Soon enough after i get more under my belt, i can move out of town and look at other places to start. Im in the us and i want to reach my goal towards you guys in London. While im still in California, theyre plenty of restaurants out there to work but also experience with the way they're run. A fine dining vs a traditional line cook. Mainly is the presentation. I always love plating my own food. I had to play with it around and sometimes, you get kinda lucky on several of them. If i could, i can add a few photos to show you some i made. Anyway, i hope this means something to you because i Cant wait to make a vacation of my own and try your food there

  5. Is this was in Sweden and the restaurant owner was a kurd, there would be probably only one chef on all stations and stressed out as hell.

  6. This is calm because everyone knows what they have to do.. Chefs yell when what they said went through the other ear.. very good effort from the whole team. 👏

  7. Been in kitchens longer than I can remember excellent service guys I remember the bad days of gob shite aggressive head chefs nice to watch 👏👏👏🍾
