Herb-Crusted Salmon Fillets (French Cuisine)
Ingredients:
1 2 salmon fillets
2 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
4 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
5 1 tbsp lemon juice
6 1 tbsp olive oil
7 Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
1 Mix Dijon mustard, dill, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl
2 Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets
3 Preheat the air fryer to 190°C
4 Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the herbs are crispy
5 Serve with a light vegetable salad or steamed asparagus
