This Super Bowl appetizer is a very famous dip/spread created in the city of Lyon, in Eastern France. It’s a fresh mix of sour cream and cottage cheese, with a bnch of chopped raw garlic, shallot, chives, parsley and spring onion.
Serve it with chunks of carrots, celery sticks, cauliflower or regular bread and chips and share it with friends, family for a friendly gathering… For example, during the Super Bowl !
