  1. Today was my first try,was slightly golden at the bottom,maybe the heat was too high but it was creamy inside. During the prep when stiring the eggs in a bowl,i added finely grated cheese,cilantro and at the end in the pan before rolling the omelette,i added 3 to 4 small slices of chicken ham. It's the best omelette i've ever eaten 👌🔥

  5. FYI aja, kalo perjanjian pranikah itu hal yg normal untuk pasangan WNI dgn WNA. Karena itu bisa mencegah hal terburuk terjadi dimasa depan. Kita bicara yg pahitnya dulu.. Who knows apakah pernikahan akan bertahan selamanya atau bercerai atau salah satu pasangan meninggal? Kalo salah satu pasangan meninggal dan meninggalkan banyak hutang? Tanpa perjanjian pranikah maka hutang nya akan dibebankan kpn pasangannya yg masih hidup. Terus kalo mau beli properti di indonesia? Tanpa perjanjian pisah harta, ngga mungkin bisa beli properti di indonesia. Ngga usah khawatir, toh kalo udh ada anak, nanti kan hartanya untuk anaknya juga.. Kewajiban suami? Kewajiban istri? Kalo bercerai bagaimana? Istri dapat tunjangan cerai berapa? Hak asuh anak sama siapa?
    Itu semua untuk melindungi WNI terutama yg menikah dengan WNA..

  6. I love how everyone in the comments is like "oh my God this the best omelete ever". "This is the best tasting omelet ive ever had".. It's freaking rolled up scrambled eggs people. Just because it's "French" doesn't make it taste any better. SMH

  7. You whisked too much air in the egg which resulted in the bubbles you see while cooking and is evident in all the bubbles on the finished omlette which is also cracked. Also, you started rolling before the curd was set properly. Grade: C- at best.

    If you are whisking your eggs, do so in a stirring motion, not an up-down whisking type motion and for a longer period of time to fully incorporate whites into yolks. Pour eggs through a fine mesh before cooking. Move pan on and off heat while cooking and stirring and shaking pan to create proper curd. Cook until you can turn pan at an angle and curd is fully set, then roll and dismount.
