The tomato season is here: all the colors, mix of sweet and sour on our plates together with Mozzarella di Bufala! 🍅 I always go for fresh white wine with lively, crisp acidity, and this time I decided to go with Assyrtiko! Its ability to keep acidity high even in the hottest climates is amazing, together with clean and somewhat mineral structure it is a wonderful wine for a range of dishes! ✨💥 Cheers! ✨🥂
