  3. Ahhhh……you pinched my egg salad recipe!!! lol I've been making this for years and I do add a little bit of curry and some extra mustard and I also add a finely chopped, small shallot to it. Great as a "roll up" with some iceberg lettuce. However, eating it that way can be a bit messy. Thank you for choosing my recipe to be part of your great cooking show 🙂
