I really wanted to make a French omelette but I didn’t have an electric mixer, first I mixed the egg whites a little with a fork, then cut off the neck of the bottle, poured in the egg whites and started shaking, this way the egg is whipped faster, but this is the first time I’ve done it myself. Then I finished it with a fork and everything turned out to be a thick foam. Try it too. You can also just use a fork but it’s boring and tedious work. It’s more fun with a bottle.
