  1. A massive thank you for being one of the few truly evidence based, credible and trustworthy sources of online health information

  2. I admit that I may find it hard to imagine how a beer drinker with such a low IQ is likely to think, but he should not believe, upon hearing this interesting program, that replacing the beer with wine could earn him many IQ points 😂… In any case, thank you for the brilliant summary; my warm and paradoxical greetings from France 👌😉

  3. About 20 years ago, some of my friends started taking resveratrol supplements because it helped their arthritis. I did some research into this and found nothing about arthritis being helped, but resveratrol isn't toxic, so I tried it too.

Well, it did nothing for my arthritis, but I noticed that the ocular migraines I was having, were going away. I went from once a month occurrences to once or twice a year, so long as I take 100 mg once a day.

Ocular migraines are not to be taken lightly. Once while walking my dog, I almost stepped in front of an oncoming car. My dog was refusing to cross the street and held me back. I am continuing to take resveratrol today.

  4. Why, it certainly does.
