A massive thank you for being one of the few truly evidence based, credible and trustworthy sources of online health information
Face it. You just can't explain France.

About 20 years ago, some of my friends started taking resveratrol supplements because it helped their arthritis. I did some research into this and found nothing about arthritis being helped, but resveratrol isn't toxic, so I tried it too.
Well, it did nothing for my arthritis, but I noticed that the ocular migraines I was having, were going away. I went from once a month occurrences to once or twice a year, so long as I take 100 mg once a day.
Ocular migraines are not to be taken lightly. Once while walking my dog, I almost stepped in front of an oncoming car. My dog was refusing to cross the street and held me back. I am continuing to take resveratrol today.
