I'm an omnivore and I generally like meat-alternatives, but I haven't had any vegan cheese that I liked. What brand are you using here? It looks like it melts good, and if I can get it here, I'd love to try it for the next time I'm making vegan cheeseburgers!
Not a vegan but I am vegetarian. Really appreciate all the recipes you put out. French Onion Soup has always been a hard thing for me to make because I always see recipes using beef broth, really happy to see this one.

Just here to inform you that regular Worcestershire sauce is NOT vegan because one of the main ingredients are sardines. Many people miss that 🙁
