60ml cooking oil
20g butter
Onion
250g mushroom
1tsp crushed garlic
salt and pepper
1tsp paprika
1/2tsp ginger powder
400ml chicken stock
1tbsp AP flour
fresh thyme
fresh parsley
70g mixed olives
100g cherry tomatoes
Cover and bake for 80mins at 180degreesC
