    17:28 you can improve that sofa with paint. Mine turned out fab! Score wood with some sandpaper and wipe down the wood dust. Mask off the material with masking tape and paint the wood with a single undercoat of white, including the carvings. Next day, dry-brush over with a nice gold coloured paint in the shortest brushstroke direction for each piece of wood (not lengthways) leaving white carvings to pop beneath. You'll get a chair fit for royalty.

    What a haul btw!
    Galahad reminds me of my Grandmother's Dachshund who lived to "help her drive" lol. He knew every turn so he recognized any destination by whoch tuen she took and was always checking out where she was headed (and commenting lol).
    No two dogs are ever the same, they all have their unique personalities, and Galahad clearly loves being actively involved in whatever's afoot! ❤

    Many fine items acquired for not much outlay. While it is sad to see people's cherished belongings being sold, I think they would be happy if they knew their things were being passed on to others who will enjoy and appreciate them as much as they did in their lifetime. Something carries on.
