Looks good, just a couple things. It's pronounced Chew-ette. Second, grew-yere. Third, crem brulee. Don't say it like cream. The only reason why it bothers me is im a chef who has made all of these, and it pissed my chef off when it was wrong. Looks good though! They've been on my radar for a while!
