expensive≠delicious, and taste≠objective. some people like salty dishes with lots of flavors. some people like bland dishes with uniform textures. some people like crunchy food, some hate it. Heck, some people have a gene that makes cilantro taste like soap! everyone has their own preferences when it comes to food, and you cannot judge people for the foods they like.
Taste is subjective what’s good to some may not be good to others just because it’s expensive it doesn’t mean everyone will like it and you don’t have bad taste just because you don’t like something that’s expensive what sense does that make
lemme have a word with that hater classmate bc fancy and expensive don’t always mean tasty 🤓 and just because it’s prestigious don’t mean its good either ☹️🫵
I’m surprised the French Laundry allowed you to film your dinner. Were you in a private room? If I were eating there, I’d expect to see no cellphone cameras filming away in the dining rooms. 👩🏻🍳🍽️
Istg, most expensive things aren't ANYBODY'S taste. Who wears Balenciaga because it looks good? Literally nobody. People buy expensive things to say that they did it, they have it, or only care about showing off the brand/price.
expensive food usually tastes bad in my opinion, either extremely bland or not very step up from normal dining experiences. also why id just learn to make stuff from places like that so i can broaden my knowledge, customize to my preferences and just enjoy it cheaper and comfortably at home 🩷

My Indonesian palatte would make me feel the blandness of all these fancy European food
wtf is a "supplement" at a restaurant???
If someone’s personal opinion about something that literally has nothing to do with you makes you say shit things, maybe you’re a shit person
Because, they don't use msg. We all know, real food uses msg. Ask uncle Roger if you don't believe me. 🙂↔️

when you get a michellen star are you like legally obligated to stop giving people food i never understood the tiny portions
Same experience. Not worth it compared to other 3 stars like Le Bernardin, Le Cinq etc. So many supplements at this price point
It's looks bad ngl

Hmm. I’m with the friend on this one. The French Laundry was one of the best dining experiences of my life.

being treated differently for subscribers is so dystopian and depressing. what a stupid metric
wow your classmate was right
I laugh when you guys started lying about staying in reality!!!!😂🤣
If you try to sell me 160 dollar Mac ‘n Cheese you better tell me it’ll add like 50 years to my life and file my taxes for me
Those chefs are ignorant. 100%. Asians have more taste buds on their tongues than anyone else. Genetic differences from our ancestors
you sound like techjoyce
So you only get to have better restaurant treatment if you have around a macro community size? Or is this satire?
Mom & pop joint and hole in the wall > fancy restaurants
Should the french laundry have the same menu as the first it was started anually?
