  3. Even before clicking ik it would somehow be related to what we call a pooda or chilla.
    Ground lentils, and grams work as great substitutes for eggs, especially when trying to make vegan "omelettes", crepes, "scrambled eggs", french toasts, etc. Some vegetarians do this all the time in India, (esp the vegan omelettes, crepes, i.e "chilla", and the bread).
