We said goodbye to the tiny hamlet of Bardou and made our way down the mountain before catching a bus to Bédarieux and trains to Béziers and Toulouse. After exploring the cosmopolitan, busy and vibrant city, a 3 delicious course French lunch (25 Euros), and a quick trip to pick up some hiking poles at decathlon, we napped! We later joinied the ‘Tour of Toulouse’ wine tour – highly recommend Jessica – we learnt a lot about the south-west French wine (so may rules and regulations!) and of course enjoyed tasting local wines. A quick tapas supper at A Taula and a great sleep!
