Whether you prefer thick or thin bread for your French Toast, this recipe is perfect either way. I use Non-dairy creamer for a richer French Toast but you can also use Non-dairy milk. Adding a ripe banana to the batter really bumps up the flavor of this French Toast a notch. This recipe is simple and quick to whip together for a super delicious breakfast or brunch treat!

8-10 slices Italian or Sandwich Bread (sliced and left out overnight or dried in the oven at 300 degrees for about 15 – 20 minutes
1/3 cup Firm Tofu
1 1/2 cups Non-dairy Creamer
1/4 cup Oats
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla
1 very ripe Banana
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Turmeric (for color – optional)
2 Tablespoons Oil
