We enjoyed a really wonderful meal at Provence. Provence is quite a high end dining establishment – the food is extremely amazing and delicious, and for a special treat I definitely think it is worth the upscale price. The restaurant also has a great view of the False Creek waterfront from its Yaletown location.

made with bamboo rice, shaved asparagus salad, crustacean emulsion

-The Seared Sablefish entree
made with snap peas, fingerling potatoes, fresh mint, roasted roma tomato, and a chorizo-tomato broth.

-For dessert:
a wonderful Lemon Tarte, made with hazelnut brittle and whipped cream.
