  1. You don’t have to become a Samurai sharpening master to sharpen these knives. Look up diamond stones with controlled angles. It’s a very simple, economical, and effective tool for sharpening blades.

  2. Sharpening stones are a rabbit hole. I own 3 Japanese knives and 21 different Japanese Shapton ceramic – glass stones. Pure joy, it’s better than meditation.
