  1. That burger looks blue rare.
I doubt these are original recipes but I love the concept of the video.
    -“ew I bit into onion”
-2 mins later “this French onion soup is so good”

  2. I honestly this is a interesting video idea that you should keep doing. Food history makes your really appreciate the food

  3. Can't believe you didn't drop that herb butter from the snails onto the mussels and fries 😮

  4. Cool concept, but I dont know why you guys are saying places aren't worth it at 25 or 40$ for entrees. That pretty much every sit-down restaurant in lower Manhattan that isn't Chinese or ramen. I doubt any of the places that are more than 100 years old are serving anything from menus back then. I doubt burgers from 1880s had tomato, lettuce or potato buns.

  5. I like a rare steak but seriously that PJ burger looked raw. I hope they make that ground beef to order or you are risking being violently ill.

  6. The escargot & french onion soup 🤤I’d travel for that dinner! WAIT! the tacos looked good as well!!!!!! Rude customer service can ruin a business tighten up folks!

  7. Are these prices normal for New York $24 for a basic burger and $28 for a pastrami sandwich is insane for me I’d walk out before paying that.
