Let me just say that it appears that France could have nixed the drag show and spent the money on food for the athletes. This video is not the first time I've heard complaints about the food. However, could the complaint about food be more about spoiled woke brats who think they have to speak out about every darn thing they don't like. I'm also curious about the athletes having to BUY the food. Is that true? If so, is that common in the Olympics? Shouldn't the hosting country be paying for their food? That said, it would not surprise me if some athletes brought their own food because they have precise diets to stay on top of their game.

I think Americans complain about the food the most. It's just my guess. After living in the USA for quite some time I noticed that Americans love to talk about the food (because you are not allowed to talk about anything else 😀, everything is offensive to them) but when you try what Americans like you are deeply desipointed. Their food is overly sweet, overly salty, overly greesy, everything is deep fried. The quality of food is poor. They like what is bad and dislike what is good. So I cannot trust their taste.
You would think that in France, it would be top-of-the-line.
