  1. I buy Bison filets for 25$ a pop (I'm a normal consumer but order them online) – everywhere I go, I see Bison for $50+ on menus – restaurants know only people who are on their diet/exercise game would pay the premium ot adhere to a lower calorie, higher protein-dense meat

  3. Objectively looking at this, it seems like an absolute rip off! Leeks are incredibly inexpensive as an ingredient. Bison isn't that expensive!! It's not particularly expensive at all. It's not caviar. 😂🤦‍♂️Just make Bison at home for a fraction of the cost. It's not more difficult than making regular steak.
