Strawberry Crumble French Toast Muffins Recipe! These breakfast-on-the-go French toast muffin cups are ideal. The interior of them is fluffy and soft, and the streusel topping is crisp!

French Toast
6 Eggs large
1 pint heavy cream
1 tbsp sugar granulate
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Vanilla extract
Brioche bread cubed

Brown Sugar Crumble
4 tbsp of Brown Sugar
2 tbsp of Granulated Sugar
2 tbsp of Cold Butter
1/2 tbsp of Cinnamon

Strawberry Compote
1 pack strawberries
4 tbsp sugar granulated
1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line or grease a muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and the centers are cooked fully.
