NB: Blanquette recipe calls for a piece of veal from the shoulder as it’s a stew.

Disclaimer: this is my way of eating. I’m french but I don’t claim showing what all the french typically eat. I like eating and cooking very simple ingredients (no processed foods), cooking from scratch quick and easy meals.

  1. All the food looked delicious😋 and a lovely gift for you to treasure from your mother, a handwritten recipie book❤. Hope you can find the time for more videos.🙋‍♂️

  2. Thank you for the easy dinners. You gave me a. beautiful idea to share a book filled with my recipes for my daughter. She is not a great cook right now, but someday, she will be. I appreciate easy weeknight dinners. I come home from work so tired.

  3. Love your videos. Are you serving creme fraiche alongside the chicken or something else, looks like a wonderful idea. Thank you

  4. 😋Camembert looks very tempting 👍. I have just discovered your channel and I have to say I eat pretty the same way, I just have to do something about amount of food I am eating.🫣…compared with your portions mine are really huge😕.
    Schöne Grüße aus Deutschland!

  5. I would like to you a question. You show us three meals, it means that you don't have some snacks i between your meals? And second question, I noticed that you rarely eat carbohydrates. Is it common in France?

  6. What a wonderful gift from your mother! I have several recipes written out from my grandmothers that I treasure, as well as some from my mom, though not all in one book❤. May I ask how you prepare the endive? I have trouble finding it in the states, and also wonder how you prepare it. I see it is in addition to a salad, usually.

  7. I would love to see the recipes in your mothers cookbook. Maybe you should cook one recipe a week from her book. Thank you for sharing I just found your channel!❤
