MANGO FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE RECIPE :
Bread slices 6 cut in squares
Milk 1 ½ cup
Evaporated milk ½ tin
Condensed milk ½ tin
Cream 1 packet
Eggs 5
Sugar ½ cup
Mango cubes 2 cups
Mango essence ½ tsp
METHOD :
Grease a 9 x 9 Pyrex dish with butter, spread it with bread squares, and top with mangoes. In a bowl mix together all the three milk, cream, essence and egg, sugar, beat well, pour this mixture on bread with mangoes, top with 2-ounce butter, bake for 25 mins, remove, and drizzle with caramel syrup, some more cubes of mangoes.
