hi I am Olivier co-owner of Pi wine seller in Lake Mar Florida with my wife Marie and I’m going to take you right now on a brief tour of one of the most important wine producing region in the world the different Vineyard of Bordeaux in France so Bordeaux is located Southwest from Paris along the Atlantic Ocean Paris being here and B here and it is surely the largest wine production region in the world with more than 8,000 castles of Estates it is three main districts you have what is called the Left Bank here that is between the Atlantic Ocean and that big EST of the gon river called liron and it is mainly cabon base wines or cabon blends with some very famous estate sear house shatow Margo here and two Ro child Vineyards here then we have the second important region of bordo is called the right bank here with in the middle silio which is classified by the UN and where the ones are mainly grown as Merlo Merlo based or Merlo blands and in green here in between you have an area that produces mainly white wines and the grapes in mainly sovon block here on the Left Bank the best food pairing are prime cuts of beef beef stews and also eventually a board of Shaker here where the m is a little softer you have also some many many pairing good for beef and also cheese BS and in particular with Bree cheese either from France or from Wisconsin in the middle here again the white wines based on San Blanc will go perfectly with white fish and seafood such as scops or shrimp now due to the extreme diversity of those wines if you have a doubt you go to a store take um take a picture of the label and go online and you will find more details on how is better to consume those border wines I hope you enjoy this presentation I hope you will have great fun with food and eventually if you need more information call us at Pi wine seller in L Florida thank you very much and enjoy everything
