no when you when you go to the french restaurant okay obviously yes there is kind of protocol or things you have things to do and things not to do always the tickets but most of the time when you go to the restaurant you have some people working there who are supposed to help you and to show you how to eat we always i always explain to my guests for the snails for example you can use the small fork you have on the side same for the oysters or something like this it’s not really about the the way you eat well now this doesn’t really matter but it’s uh it’s a restaurant you can eat like a voodoo the best tip i can give to people mostly is when you have the bread even if you are in a nice restaurant you always eat the bread with your hands no need to take it with the fork and the knife this we see it happening quite often but it’s normal because people people don’t know but next time you go to the french restaurant you know that the bread you can eat it directly i’m thinking like like a cheese fondue so you have your your skewer your piece of bread that you dip in the into the cheeseburgers but sometimes when you grab it you have the whole cheese everywhere so it’s not really convenient to eat when you don’t lose your piece of bread it’s too late what’s very important in the in the way you eat no matter if you eat chinese food or western food italian french whatsoever is how you are going to eat the secret okay is uh you can add pretty much everything don’t worry about having a dessert or some ice cream or a big bowl of pasta but you can have pretty much everything you like the the secret is not to eat too much you cannot pretty much everything but in small quantities that’s one way you can keep fit foreign
