    white wine

    mussels

  2. 1. Heat the butter and vegetable oil.

    2. Add onions, parsley and a bouquet garni. Braise on slow fire for about 3 minutes, preventing the onion from frying.

    3. Pour the white wine and braise for 5 minutes on low heat.

    4. Put down the mussels. Prepare mussels from 3 to 5 minutes until they open.

    5. Add garlic and parsley and cook another 3 minutes.
