Two days of Eating Mediterranean-inspired & South of France recipes for summer. NB: I didn’t film my breakfasts as they weren’t very different from my previous what I eat in a day video. And I forgot to mention when I had bread during the day.
Love your videos. I'm curious how often you shop and how you decide which ingredients to get. Would love a video on that. For instance, do you have recipes in mind when you shop? Do you shop multiple times per week?
I think the previous 2 or 3 generations of French people that lived thru wwi and wwii experienced harsh food deprivation. The rationing of food I believe contributes to the mindfulness of eating smaller portions and making do with what is available. The French eat all organs of animals, plus things such as: snails, eels and frogs. Elevated French cuisine was created out of desperation eating. IMO

I love that u use the same music in your videos – it gives them a special note and a feeling of routine while watching. 🙂
Un trésor! Tant de bonnes idées! Merci beaucoup🙂
It was lunch time for me. Made your tuna/yogurt…So delish! These 3 ingredients are staples in my pantry. Had never put them together. Thanks!
