hey guys in today’s video we’re going to show you what 1200 calories looks like when you’re looking to lose body fat let’s get stuck straight into it first thing in the morning is 8 30 150 calories one banana two decaf coffees and two sugars in each coffee for lunch we’re having a sandwich so avocado ham we’re gonna add in some tomatoes cheese beetroot salt and pepper ranch dressing some lettuce and then the other piece of bread and that’s a fat sandwich and delicious then as a small snack we’re having 50 grams of biltong beef jerky super high in protein and very convenient and no matter where i go i usually have a packet spare just in case and then for dinner we had a couple hundred grams of beef with 100 grams of peas we simply boiled the vegetables and we put the beef in the pan and this is a really quick easy delicious meal if you found this helpful make sure you follow and like for more

  1. It's funny how everyone says that the last meal was depressing, when I had anorexia I only ate 300 calories a day hahaha

  2. Sugar… bread… frickin beef jerky??? Lmao if there’s one person I’d never buy a plan from.. I just found him.

    And drinking added sugar in a DECAF coffee as absolute insanity.

  3. If I was only eating 1,200 calories in a day…

    Scrambled eggs with sautéed onion
    and a bit of olive oil-3 eggs. Pasture raised. (300 calories?)

    A whole avocado. (300 calories?)

    A romaine/celery/chopped cucumber/carrot/sunflower seed salad with lime juice for dressing. (50 calories?)

    A small bowl of berries-raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. (100 calories?)

    Wild caught salmon fillet with dill and chives. 4 oz. (200 calories?)

    Cooked broccoli and cauliflower (accompanying the salmon dinner): (50 calories?)

    A few handfuls of mixed nuts = the rest of your calorie needs for the day, easily.

  4. Too much fat. Reduce the fat and up the carbs. You will have more energy throughout the day. Instead of mayo, cheese and stuff like that, use honey; tastes amazing with ham and you shave a whole a lot of calories that you can shift toward carbs.

  5. if you get sugar free bread they are typically low cal and i get eat around 3 grilled cheeses with one slice of cheese on each sandwich my cals come out to 320 cals and around 32g of protein the exact brand of bread i eat is they buttery sola bread and velveeta slice cheese and not only are you eating a lot with such low cals it will make you full a lot longer through out the day

  6. For me 3 eggs maybe some Ham/sausage and 6oz rotisserie chicken from Costco, 2 scoop protein and maybe another small meal for jerky for rest of calories ezy

  8. 1200 cals is not healthy. Youre messing up your metabolism this way. Ive lost weight easily doing this but always end up gaining it back plus more going back to a regular diet. Slow and steady yall.

  9. Can I just fast and eat 2000 calories at once? I rather eat all at once so I get full instead of picking at food all day long

  10. Not sure if the last meal was entirely accurate, furthermore I hope this is for demonstration purposes only and you’re not actually dieting at 1,200 cal.

Eating less than 1300 calories a day for an adult can cause serious nutritional deficiencies and can cause a myriad of health problems including eventual disturbances in your hormone cycle that can cause permanent damage if extended over too long a period of time DO NOT do this and DO NOT hire this man to be your trainer !!!!

  13. I ate around 1,200 calories yesterday… Let me think. A boiled egg on a slice of wheat toast, 250. I ate a can of tuna on slice of wheat toast with broccoli, 300. 550. A carrot. 600. A banana. 700. Ground turkey, beans, rice, on a whole wheat tortilla. 500. Equals 1,200. Frozen fruit bar. 1,250. Had about a half a can of sardines throughout the day but thats only like 50 calories and I overestimated in most places. Like carrots arent 50 calories. So I was in the 1,200s. Trying to lose those last 10 stubborn pounds. Its honestly not that hard. I was never hungry. Although I was weaker than normal when I worked out. Didnt do my protein shake though and Im a little under where I should be on protein.
    Anyway I think I did better than this guy…
