🥣Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups | 285g dried red lentils
1 large shallot
2 garlic gloves
1 small carrot
15g | 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1tbsp tomato puree
1tsp salt
1/2tsp black pepper
Olive oil

Haai almal! In hierdie video sal ek heerlike en maklike lensies patties resep met jou deel! Hierdie patties is goed vir middagete of aandete, heerlik en hoog in proteïen. Week 1 1/2 koppies | 285g droë rooi lensies in genoeg water om dit vir 2 uur met sowat 2 duim te bedek. Dit is ‘n baie maklike resep wat almal by die huis kan maak. Volg net my stap vir stap instruksies. Vegans geniet hierdie resep baie en vir nie-vegans sal dit ‘n verrassing wees hoe lekker hierdie lensie patties is! Voeg gedreineerde lensies by ‘n voedselverwerker. Kap 1 groot ui en voeg by die voedselverwerker. Maal 2 knoffelhuisies en voeg by die voedselverwerker. Skryf ‘n resensie of vra ‘n vraag oor die resep. Ek sal baie bly wees om te antwoord. Rasper 1 klein wortel. Kap 15g | 1/4 koppie vars pietersielie. Voeg 1 eetlepel tamatiepuree by. 1 tl sout. 1/2 tl swartpeper. Pols die voedselverwerker in totdat die bestanddele goed gemeng is. Die botter sal taai voel. Moenie bekommerd wees nie, want dit is normaal, dit is hoe dit moet wees 🙂 Verhit ‘n bietjie olyfolie in ‘n kleefvrye pan. Skep 1/4 koppie van die mengsel op ‘n slag uit. Vorm in patties, ongeveer 1/2 duim dik. Kook patties vir sowat 3 minute aan elke kant of tot goudbruin en bros. TEKEN IN en druk die klokkie om meer maklike eenvoudige veganistiese resepte vir elke dag te leer! Plaas oor na ‘n papierhanddoek-gevoerde bord om enige oortollige olie te dreineer, laat dit afkoel en geniet! Hulle lyk wonderlik! So lekker……mmmmm Dankie dat julle gekyk het en sien julle gou weer!

  7. I rolled these into balls, coated them in olive oil, pressed them slightly in the airfryer and cooked them for 10 minutes on each side. They turn out crunchy all over and are quite the treat!

I made these now (I needed to test my new blender and I don't have meat, but I also don't taste anything because virus) I have to say I could not even form patties. it was more like a soft mousse. I had to add 3-4 big spoons of flour and breadrumbs so I could form it. and now it is very compact you need to drink lots xD I only taste salt so I can't sa anything to this.

    (I also put it in fridge and had hot oil like some said, yet still i needed additional flour)
