I’m making my wife breakfast in bed and we’re going to make French toast and I’m going to show you how to do the egg wash and yes I’m a welder that knows what an egg wash is who’ have thought anyways if you don’t know how to make French toast past the egg wash you probably shouldn’t be trying to cook at all all right so we got the milk in there but the thing I like to do instead of trying to add vanilla extract is to take some of this coffee creamer and dump some of that in there right and then I take some pumpkin spice seasoning and we dump some of that in there and when I season this egg wash this is the only time I like to be liberal and then from there you got to beat the eggs this is a mixer bowl from one of them expensive mixers that that I have but uh I like to beat the eggs myself it’s more personal that way it’s very simple from here the trick with French toast is you got to move fast once you dip it dip and move baby dip and move if you don’t have a good egg wash well how could you have good french toast and if you ain’t cooking on cast iron then you ain’t cooking I’m at the welder
