  2. Looks great, but don’t see 70 grams of protein unless you using like 2 and a half scoops of protein powder.. pb/almond butter only gonna add 7 grams per serving.

  3. Dude sugar-free maple syrup is absolutely disgusting. Bought a bottle last year and tried to pawn it off on two friends. It’s just sitting in the fridge untouched because it’s so bad.

  5. 3/4 cup vanilla or flavorless protein powder
    1/2 cup or 80g of peanut butter
    1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
    About 1 – 1 1/2 tbps of water after you mix the first 3 ingredients
    1/4 cup chocolate chips or semi sweet

  6. Do this with Sun butter, Zero sugar caramel syrup, vanilla whey protein powder, your choice of low to no sugar chocolate chips, vanilla extract. Then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
